Items in stock will ship within 3 business days from purchase. Orders shipping within the Continental US will ship via Standard (2-7 business days). All purchases receive complimentary standard shipping.  If you would like any form of expedited shipping, please email here and we will give you a shipping price quote.

Return And Exchange Policy

Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges are accepted until 15 days after the item is received. Items must be in their original, brand new condition, showing no signs of having been worn or used. Your return MUST include a copy of our Return & Exchange Form. 

In the event of a valid return or exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping costs involved for returning the item. Diane Cotton Jewelry does not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio. Please be sure to package your items with care and to include secure tracking information and insurance for your own protection. If for some reason you have received a damaged item, please email here.
